MIIC Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using www.miic.ca website operated by MIIC (Manitoba Interfaith Immigration Council inc.).

By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the site. Miic may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE. 5. Term/Termination

You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site. 6. Miscellaneous

The Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and these laws apply to the use of the site, notwithstanding your domicile, residency or physical location. You hereby accede to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Manitoba and all courts competent to hear appeals therefrom.

Notwithstanding the above, users are also subject to all conditions of MIIC privacy policies, including Privacy and Access to Information and the Digital Privacy Statement.

MIIC may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
