Registered/Returning Client

If you are a registered client already, you may contact our front desk by calling 204-977-1000, or if you know your Advisor, contact them directly.

New Client

If you and/or your family members are not yet registered as a client with Welcome Place, you are required to first book an appointment to ensure a meeting with an Intake Advisor. Please call (204) 977-1000 to schedule an appointment.

IMPORTANT: Please bring with you and each of your family members at least one the following documents: 

Refugee Claimants

a. Appointment slips with CBSA or IRCC 

b. Refugee claim documents (if available)

c. Any official document(s) showing your current address (if available)

d. Functioning phone number and email address.

Sponsored Refugees

a. Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR) document or Permanent Resident Card 

b. Manitoba Health Card (if available) or any official document(s) showing your current address (if available)

c. Functioning phone number and email address.

Ukrainian Nationals

a. Work Permit

b. Functioning phone number and email address

Temporary Permit/Status Holders

a. Passport or a travel document

b. A Visa or Work Permit or Study Permit as applicable
